Physical Therapy
Whether you are trying to recover from an injury or working to manage aches and pains, you can receive rehabilitation, manual therapy, trigger-point therapy, and modalities such as heat and ice.
Personal Training
Cardio, strength and mobility training — a variety of cardio and strength equipment to choose from, including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
Meet the Trainer
Jelani Dandles (who goes by “JD”) has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally born and raised in Albany, NY, JD was active as an adolescent playing football and baseball through high school.
He eventually went on to play cornerback for the University at Albany football team where he was an NEC all conference player.
His education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (’02), Master of Public Administration (’05), Doctor of Physical Therapy (’18). He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (’11).
